If something doesn't sound, doesn't switch phase on time, or just looks wrong on your device, that's exactly what's useful to hear about. Send what you expected and what happened instead.
Every session is built from three phases:
Each phase's duration is configurable independently, and so is the round count — set them once for a workout style you use often, or change them before every session.
The whole screen changes color so you can read your status without stepping close:
A bell or gong marks the start and end of each phase, and a warning rattle sounds 10 seconds before a round ends, so you know time is short without watching the clock.
Turn on the switch signal to split a round into equal segments, with a signal at each boundary. Use it to cue a partner switch, a stance change, or a change of drill partway through a round.
Turn on the random signal to get a signal at an unpredictable moment during the round — useful for reaction drills where you shouldn't be able to anticipate the cue.
Boxing Timer is available in English and Ukrainian. Switch between them from inside the app's settings at any time — it takes effect immediately.
